Stokta olan ürünlerde kargo süresi genellikle 1-3 iş günü içerisindedir. Özel üretim siparişlerde teslim süresi ürün adedi ve üretim detaylarına göre değişiklik gösterir.

Boş hediye kutularımızda kişiselleştirme yapılmamış ürünlerde, teslim tarihinden itibaren 7 gün içinde iade kabul edilmektedir. Özel üretim siparişlerde iade/değişim yapılmamaktadır.
